I joined CABI as Publisher for journals in 2022. My role is to oversee and develop the journals portfolio along with the preprint server, agriRxiv. I initially trained as a research scientist and completed a PhD in the field of ecology before moving into learned society and not-for-profit publishing in 2010.

| I have over 20 years’ experience in academic publishing, across journals, books and case studies. Having joined CABI in 2024, I now manage CABI’s growing programme of practical, educational case studies. I am Co-Chair of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) Special interest Group of Publishing and the SDGs, and a Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI) SDG Publishers Compact Fellow. |
